The T2000ex has a hydraulically movable bogie that can be pushed back and forth 56 cm. The Flexodrive X drive system is mounted in a powerful double-wall chassis. The car is richly equipped as standard with high and low gears, self-developed powerful wheels, Honda GX390 with electric start, neutral position valve, brake valve and 3 banks with 6 stakes. Choose between forwarder banks or swivel stakes, if you intend to buy insert flats, we recommend the swivel stakes to make it easier to change to flats. With the trolley extension, there is room to mount 5 banks. The frame control is electro-hydraulic so when driving the drive is not affected (optional). M36 professional crane, radio-controlled winch, 4 speeds, and steel or plastic straps are some of the options available. Of course, our gravel flakes, grab buckets and rice flakes fit on the cart for use all year round.

What makes it possible to have high and low gears in the trolley is that you have 2 hydraulic motors and run them in series or in parallel. At high gear, the hydraulic motors are run in series, ie. all oil must first pass through one and then onto the other hydraulic motor. At low gear, the engines are run in parallel, which means that it is like a T-coupling on the hydraulic lines. Half of the oil is for one hydraulic engine and a half for the other. This principle has many wagons on the market. What makes Felxordive X drive system unique is that we have chosen to develop a cast gear with 2 separate connections for the drive motors. This means that both hydraulic motors drive on the same shaft and must maintain the same speed. With this solution, the trolley is always 100% diffused even in low gear. If you compare with other wagons on the market with high and low gears, there is a hydraulic motor in each pair of bogies. Then the speed of the motors becomes independent of each other. With this solution, the trolley is completely undiffused on the low gear.

We take an example of what happens with low gear without the Flexodrive X drive system. You are standing on an ice patch or the cart has hung on a stump with one pair of bogies, and the other has a good grip.

Then the bogie pair that does not have a handle spin twice as fast, because the oil takes the easiest route. If you instead have a Flexodrive X drive system, all power is transferred to the pair of wheels that have a mount and you as the driver pass the obstacle without any problems.

A major advantage of the Flexodive X drive system is that it is possible to have belts on the trolley and drive with both the rollers in and out. This is due to the fact that the hydraulic motors are well-protected inside the carriage and do not get in the way of the tires. This is the reason why we do not offer high and low gears for the T1750 and T1710. There we have chosen to develop a simpler construction with a hydraulic motor in each bogie pair. On these wagons, the drive is always run in series, ie. always 100% diffused. We instead offer a double pump solution that is activated with a switch. Then the speed increases by about 60%. This is to maintain the right terrain characteristics a crane truck should have.
